So my campaign tests are showing up blank in most, but not all, email clients. Anyone have any idea why?
Hi coffeekids, we're really sorry for the hassles here and appreciate you getting in touch with us. We've had a few intermittent troubles with incomplete test results being returned in our design and spam tests this week. As we get the results from a third-party, we're working with them closely to have this resolved soon.
In the interim, kindly contact our support team with details and we'll happily reimburse you for any failed tests. This has been an intermittent issue, so there's a good chance that any future tests will work fine.
