From domain same as recipient domain - Non delivery - Help?!


Just trying to get client sign off on a campaign but the edm is not being delivered to the clients email address.  It works in all other domains, however in the clients case the domain is the same as the 'from' address.
Does anyone know if this causes an issue?

Hi jtd2011, I believe our support team responded to you earlier via email. For the benefit of anyone else reading this thread, this is most likely due to a mail server on the client's end blocking email sent to/from the same domain and can usually be solved by whitelisting the IP addresses of our email delivery servers.
