I have setup "Subscription Confirmation Email" for "List A" and everything works fine if person subscribe to this list directly, but... I also have an opt-in checkbox for "List A" on "List B" subscribe form. If a person opts-in for "List A", confirmation e-mail never arrives.
Is this s bug, or am I doing something wrong?
