Hello CM staff,
It appears that only from the CM website, Suppression List page, can one obtain the "Reason" for a recipients inclusion on the suppression list.
Exporting the CSV file from the web page, only gives date and email address and the API's [state]property, unanimously reads "Suppressed".
Is there a more expeditious way to obtain the reason for a suppression list recipient?

Right now I'm afraid it isn't possible to export the reason (via the app or the API) but that is something we will be making possible in a future update. Thanks for the feedback.
