We're getting repeated 'Mail Block - Spam Detected' messages for email's @embarqmail.com (which is owned by Centurylink.net in the USA). Two different clients are having this same issue, one of them for two different campaigns. Interestingly although 99% of emails to embaqmail.com were marked as Mail Block - Spam Detected, one or two did get through for each campaign. There's nothing different about those that got through in terms of campaign content, no segmentation etc,
The two clients are using different creatives, and the email addresses on both are opt in (one collects directly through opt in form on website and both collect them face to face at their small local stores).
The emails are getting through to various other ISPs with no problem, its just this one (Embarq / Centurylink) that are doing it 99% of the time. Unfortunately for both these clients a fair number of their customers use this ISP.
