Glad they're working for you again. We've been having some app instability this week (see here for information) that's unfortunately causing occasional issues like that. We're so sorry about that! We're working around the clock right now to chase that gremlin down and eradicate it.
Thanks for posting this link Diana with the detail. We're still seeing this error on at least one of our client accounts. I've just submitted a query to the helpdesk.
