A client of ours reports a problem with sending a campaign. The error message is:
"Original transaction ID not found(19)"
It turns out that the PayPal Manager is currently under maintenance:

Thanks for the post. Paypal does provide our payment gateway so this is impacting some customers. We've made some changes on our side during this window though, so most designers and clients will still be able to send their campaigns.
