Custom Fields not populating in delivered emails?

Hello all:

I sent out an email campaign this morning and when it delivered to a specific recipient the custom fields were blank.  I tested this multiple times and it always worked correctly.  The data for the custom fields for this recipient is definitely in the system.  I've verified with another recipient which was in the same segment that the custom fields did populate correctly in her email.  Does anyone know why this would have worked properly for one and not the other?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
