please help. I just spotted a typo on my email newsletter. It's sending out to a limited sample right now (A/B test). Can I pause or stop the campaign to make the fix before it goes to everybody?
Hi YMCAfit, I'm sorry that we only got to respond to your forum post now. It is possible to pause an A/B test, however you will need to email our support team as soon as possible for urgent support.
Please note that all pressing support request should be forwarded to our support team (with account and campaign details). We don't monitor the forums regularly enough to catch urgent requests, I'm sorry to say.
