Still waiting for list to be cleared

Hi, we have been waiting for approval since Friday for the list on our account. We have been liaising with Jarrod and have explained the situation but are still waiting for approval. We have sent numerous emails regarding an urgent campaign we need to send out and still haven't back. We were told we can't call him and we can't find a phone number anywhere. Please can you approve this asap?

A bit of background: we were using CM to send personalised emails out, one by one, to clients that we are prospecting. We did this so we could see stats on which projects they'd looked at so we could follow them up personally.

At the same time, we use CM for our clients and for our own emails out to our database. All legitimately signed up to receive emails from us. Jarrod explained to us on Monday that we shouldn't be using CM for the prospect emails which we agreed to. We've now waited 2 days since then to get approval and haven't heard from him since.

There was nothing malicious about it at all and we've been a client for many years so I'm wondering why it's taking so long to get the list approved? Do you need anything else from us?

Thanks for your post. Just to confirm that, since you replied to our emails earlier today, this has been resolved, and the latest campaign approved. Sorry for the confusion.
