We have new subscribers who sign up, and we send an autoresponder, and it's all automated, so it's not monitored. Automatic - easy to ignore.
Every once in a while, however, a new subscriber will add a comment that's important to know about, so it must not be ignored. Things like "call us so we can learn more." There does not seem to be a way to raise a red flag that we must pay attention to this subscriber. It doesn't seem possible AFAIK to put a cc or bcc on an autoresponder that would alert us to a new sub. There doesn't seem to be any way of reporting new subscribers, with full text of their entries.
What can we do to not miss out on these opportunities??? We almost lost out on a big potential prospect this morning -- fortunately, she persisted, and asked us why we had not responded to her inquiry.
You can use the webhooks API to alert you of new subscribers or details of unsubscribers.
