Tracking Conversion Rate of Leads --> Accounts

I know that Campaign Monitor can track where recipients of an e-mail click on our website, etc. but is it possible to track when a lead has become an account as a result of these e-mails? i.e. when they begin to pay for our services? We are using the Salesforce Connector for Campaign Monitor.
