I would like to ask how to fix this: I created a campaign and inserted a picture, in the preview everything looks fine and if I send the test email to my webmail as well. But when using Outlook it doesn't show the picture.

Hi M, welcome to the forums! Depending on which version of Outlook you're using, my first guess is that images have been blocked by default in the email client. This occurs in many email clients to protect your privacy, save download time or both.
If this isn't the case, by all means send your account and campaign details to our support team and we'll look into why this is happening.
