When subscribers sign up to our double opt-in list they are not always receiving confirmation emails. I tested it myself with a couple of different email addresses and one sent to a hotmail address never arrived. It wasn't even junked. Some large corporates subscribers never see confirmations either. Is there anything that can be done to improve the deliverability of double opt-in confirmation emails?
