We've got a client that's unable to use the new editor. On logging in to a previously used template, and selecting edit, the sidebar is opening but there's not WYSIWYG editor appearing.
Can you guys let me know your thoughts?
Looking at some previous posts, I've tried adding a DOCTYPE to the template as well with no changes...

I've just come to use Campaign Monitor and found the same problem.
Becuase i was using Chrome. Worked better in I.E. 9 but I still can't load an image up.
Next step is try an older browser...
Would both of you send an email in to support and let us know what the client/draft/template is and what browser/version you're using? Those definitely aren't expected behaviors so we'd love to get to the bottom of what's going on.
