I maintain a couple of lists in Campaign Monitor including one for the members of our Board of Directors and another for former members of our Board. As people retire from the Board I want to be able to move them from one list to the other. Right now the only way I see to do that is to manually add them to the new list and delete them from the old. Is there an easier way to do this? Ideally I'd like to be able to move them so I don't loose the email history.
I would suggest you should/could just create one list, add a custom field (ie. Subscriber Type), and then create 2 segments (Directors and Former).
Dont think there's a way to merge lists like that at the moment, but ask CM's support and they may be able to help :)
