I'm going through the beautiful free template PSDs, but am realizing they have no slice guides, so I'm wondering how people are adding their own images or touch to these?
It seems to me that it would be super-helpful if the makers could include slice guides that match up with the tables they've created, or am I missing something, which would be killer if I am :-)
Can anyone explain? I have searched here and on Google for hours to no end. I would buy a template that had slices setup to match the code, as long as the code is bullet-proof, as I understand these templates are (as much as can be hoped for, according to what I've read).
I know PNGs are a non-no so what are people doing?
Another thing I noticed was that slices in the Textile template are actually smaller than the PSD itself!!! What is with that? Am I missing something obvious, or is everyone in the know about something?
