I notice there is a difference in the amount of information available to clients compared to the administrator for recipient activity - namely that an admin can click the email address and get a report called Subscriber Snapshot that displays times of both opens and clicks.
How can I enable this level of detail for clients?
We're currently working on optimizing this report a little, but once that's completed we'll certainly be making it available to your clients.
great news! any idea of time to live for this? it seems to be a very useful report to determine if any particular open was caused by a preview screen in the email client or it was someone opening it and then finding something interesting to click.
