I've set up four autoresponders and want to find basic statistics on sent emails (i.e. who received a particular email). I can see how many emails were sent and how many were opened, but I can't seem to find any information on exactly who these emails were sent to. I think it's pretty important to know who was sent a particular email on any given day. Is there a way to find this information?
Hi subcat, welcome to the forums! There isn't really a centralized place to find this information in your account, I'm sorry to say. However, there are workarounds, like:
1) Manually tagging your links for use in Google Analytics, then sourcing more detailed reports from there.
2) Creating segments based on autoresponder criteria. For example, if you are sending a birthday autoresponder, you can create a segment for folks who have their birthday on a specific date, or date range. It's then possible to export the email addresses from this segment.
3) For individual subscribers, you can view campaign history (including autoresponders) in their subscriber snapshot.
I'm happy to add your vote for more detailed autoresponder statistics, including a list of subscribers who received an autoresponder. If we have any updates on this front, I'll certainly keep you posted.
Would like to add my vote for this too. We have a client sending a birthday email out who would really like better reporting.
Thanks, Aidy - I've recorded your interest. Much appreciated!
+1 for this, more detailed reports would be very handy.
Thanks Steven, happy to add your vote for this. Have a great Christmas ahead!
