The mobile version of your reporting website is not loading on my ipad, but it is on my iphone.

Hi TTIB, thank you for getting in touch with us. The mobile version/reporting site was only really designed for mobile devices, so it may not be ideal in the browser, or on an iPad, for that matter. That said, we're still keen to look into this, so could you kindly contact our support team with a couple of details on what you're seeing (standard version? blank screen?) and your account details? We'd love to recreate this and conclusively get to the bottom of what's going on. Thank you!
