I've had a client come back to me asking if there is a way of having multiple subscribers on the list with the same email address.
They've collected addresses from customers, and want to send out personalised vouchers to each one. However, there's been instances where different people from the same family have put down the same shared email address. They need to send these out to each person, but each additional person isn't being imported due to being a duplicate.
Is there any way around this?
Hi sectornathan, welcome to the forums! At present, you can't send multiple emails to the same email address, I'm sorry to say. This makes things understandably tricky, so our recommendation would be to state, '1 voucher per email address' on the signup form to work around this, if possible.
