When a subscriber forwards to a friend (using the built in functionality) does the system dedupe against the subscriber list? Our client wants to be sure that a subscriber won't have the email forwarded to them by a colleague if they've already received it.
Hi Chris, not at present, I'm sorry to say. Note that emails forwarded via the 'forward to a friend' page are appended with a 'Ros has forwarded you this email with the following message...' header, so it's fairly clear that the email was send by a colleague and not the original campaign sent in duplicate.
