Hello there - we have several clients sending their own campaigns and we'd like to stop the the emails we get when they send them. The subject is 'Your campaign has been sent' and we're getting several a day...
Can we stop these? can't seem to find anything in the admin.
Hi Dan, good to hear from you. At present, there isn't a way to stop these emails, for the most part so designers can keep an eye on client activity. I'm happy to take note of your request here and see if we can change this in the future.
In the interim, I'd suggest creating a rule in your inbox, so emails with the subject, 'Your campaign has been sent' automatically get filed into a folder. That means you can just review and flush out the folder periodically, instead of having these notifications clutter your inbox. Here's how to do this in Apple Mail - the process is very similar across a number of email clients, too. Hope that helps!
