I've just sent a campaign which contains similar email addresses to a different client's campaign. One particular address hard bounces on the second list only.
Unfortunately the address that is hard bouncing is for internal stakeholders who should be receiving the newsletter.
Is there an obvious reason why this would happen?
We've become aware of a bounce problem concerning one of our mail servers. The problem has since been rectified, but it may be the cause for this bounce so if you could send an email to support, we'll take a look over your account and the bounce logs to confirm. Thanks.
