Hi guys, I'm making an editable template which has this basic code:
<a href=""><img src="reg.jpg" alt="Register"></a> <a href="mailto:"><img src="enq.jpg" alt="Enquire"></a>
The client needs to be able to insert a URL into the first line and an email address into the second line. Nothing I've tried has worked. The ideal would be something like this:
<a href='<singleline label="URL">Add URL here</singleline>'><img src="reg.jpg" alt="Register"></a> <a href='mailto:<singleline label="Email Address">Add email address here</singleline>'><img src="enq.jpg" alt="Enquire"></a>
The above doesn't work (the fields are not editable, and there are errors in the HTML). I've tried all sorts of hacks, but nothing has allowed me to do this. Wondering if there's a solution for this.
Thanks for any suggestions. :)
If you make the images themselves editable, then the editor will also allow your clients to add an href or mailto link around the image automatically.
Would that work for you?
Ah Mathew, that worked a treat! Thanks so much. I really appreciate your reply. :)
