I am trying to enable Client Report Access.
1) Go to the clients tab
2) Select client from the client list
3) Select the "edit client" button
4) Check the "Enable Report Access" box and enter a username and password
5) Select the "Save Client" button which redirects to the "Manage this Client" page
Problem is - "Online Report Access" is still not enabled.
Any suggestions much appreciated.
Thanks for the heads up Paul, this appears to be a bug. We'll look into it right away and I'll post an update here when its been resolved.
Thanks again fro the heads up about this, I can now confirm that this issue has been fixed and you can enable CRA for any of your clients.
