One of my images is not appearing in email, but ok when viewed online.
The image is included in the zip file and there are no spaces in the file name. In jpg format.
Any suggestions welcomed!
Just a stab in the dark but it wouldn't happen to be a cymk jpg instead of a rgb one?

Was there a resolution here? I have images that appear sometimes and don't other times. Sometimes it's also different images. Some of the images are the full paths to images on my server. Other images are loaded with the template. There doesn't seem to be a consistent pattern.
Hi acerpro, in Wendy's case above, there was an image embedded in the email, encoded within the message itself. This technique isn't particularly well supported across the major email clients, thus the image display issues we were having here.
Your best bet is to contact our support team with campaign details and we'll take a look at why this is happening for you. It's hard to say exactly what the cause may be without taking a look on our end.
