I want to create a list of my subscribers who have been inactive (ie not opened any newsletters for the last 6 months).
I see I can create a list of 'non openers' from the report for each individual campaign but can't seem to figure out how to see which of the subscribers has not opened anything over a period time/number of campaigns.
Any ideas who be very very gratefully received!
Hi Paul, welcome to the forums! At present, you're on the money - you can only select non-openers from individual campaigns, not over time. It's possible to covering many campaigns using OR in the segment, although understandably, this can be fiddly work.

Thanks for the reply. I'll try and get my head round some de duping with excel reports from the last few campaigns, perhaps I can achieve the aim that way. I would be great if you add the functionality in the future.

I was just wondering if there had been any movement on being able to select 'Inactive' users who had not opened any campaigns? Rather than the current method of doing it by individual campaign (which gets very time consuming if you've got 70 or so campaigns and dozens of lists).

Hi john and JP, sorry for the wait on this one - we haven't yet made this available in the app, but it's certainly something that we're willing to consider at a later date. By all means, I'll keep you updated if our team tackles this one in a future release, there's really a lot more we could be doing with segments :P
+1 for this as well. Doing it by campaign can be very time consuming and clumsy.
Perhaps just a simple filter for no-opens or activity within a certain period of time.
For instance it would be great to send a re-activation email to subscribers that haven't opened an email in 6 months.
+ 1 on this one. Qatar Airways seems to use this tool relentlessly, even creating a list for users such as myself called "inactive flyers - winback" :)
Hoping the roll out is imminent as we're a new user and see potential in this.
