I'm seeing a rate of 1.1 cent / credit on the Purchase email credits page rather than 1 cent, as shown on this website:
Or is the page above showing me a AUD price as opposed to a US one when I log in?
Also, when buying credits the system says that all prices are in USD.
Will the transaction itself be carried out in AUD or USD?
Hi architxt, yes - if you have entered 'Australia' as your country in Account Settings, we add an additional 10% GST to the total when purchasing credits. This price quoted is in USD.
The transaction itself will be in USD - if you're concerned about international transaction fees, this page may be of help.
So, when setting the currency for a client account to AUS it's only for invoicing purposes? The transaction is actually in USD?
Sorry, I should have clarified here. When you log in as a designer, your transactions will be in USD. However, you can select for any of your clients to pay for their own campaigns in one of 5 other currencies. The client will then be charged in the selected currency. Hopefully that clears things up for you :)
