We have had a situation where several people from our internal seed list have unsubscribed and ended up on our client wide supression list. However, when I go into the supression list and try to delete their email address nothing happens. I check the box beside their email address and click on "Remove selected" and it appears the page doesn't start processing the request at all. It's as if I haven't done anything!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
