I would like to send a survey via campaign monitor and if the user doesn't click on the survey link after X period of time, send them another email with a reminder.
Is this possible?
Hi oaktree8, one option is to create two segments based on 'Campaign was not opened' and 'Campaign was opened - No link clicked' to select non-respondents, a couple of days or so after you send your survey campaign. You can then send your reminder to these segments.
The more accurate way to achieve this is to create a new 'Reminder' list in your account, by deduping survey respondees against your original subscriber list.

Is there an automated way to do that? Otherwise that is too manually intensive. Upon research I did find one of your larger competitors (who I won't name) that had the ability to segment based on not opening or not clicking and send an autoresponder to a segment after X number of days. Do you have any plans to add this near term?
This kind of segmentation is certainly something we've considered, but don't have immediate plans to add to the app, I'm sorry to say. I'm more than happy to add your vote for this and let you know if it's something we plan to add in a future update. Thanks for letting us know :)
