extra space in td's in Outlook 2010

I cannot for the life of me get rid of a one pixel gap at the bottom of all my td's for Outlook 2010. It looks fine everywhere else but Outlook (even looks good in Outlook for XP). I've tried every method that I can find online (I even eliminated ALL white space in the HTML...still there are lines).

Any ideas?

Without having access to test, you have two <html> tags at the top.  Also, I'd remove the height tags from the tables, and remove the line-height:0 styles.  Place align="center" on your bottom <p> tags rather than in the <td>.
