Been sending a few preview emails, and even viewing the 'preview this' page (the one that you don't need to send) and in both instances, very few images are actually showing, all while getting the 'connecting to i5.createsend.com..." message at the bottom of the screen.
This is a problem - when can this be expected to be fixed?
Hi kevenmenager, welcome to the forums. We're really sorry for the delays in loading images - behind the scenes, we've been having issues with our current CDN provider (the folks who locally cache images) and are in the middle of switching over to a new provider so we can return to business as usual. Unfortunately, this changeover period hasn't been as smooth as expected, so some customers like yourself are being affected by delays.
At present, this seems to be an intermittent issue and seemingly localised to some users. Our tech team are on the case, so hopefully we'll see some good outcomes soon and we'll be posting updates on this as more information comes to hand.
You are more than welcome to contact our support team for advice and updates - while they can recommend ways you can reduce the issue in the interim, the best bet at present is to hang tight as we'll hopefully have this clear up shortly.
Sorry again for the delays here, Keven - we'll let you know as soon as we get an ETA, or further details.
Any more news on this issue? My images are taking about 5 minutes to load and sometimes not at all and are served from http://i1.createsend1.com
We are still in the transition process, unfortunately. If you refresh once or twice the images generally load more quickly. If you are still unable to get images to load, contact our support team.
