We have a subscribe form on our site. At first glance, it appears to work. A Campaign Monitor confirmation appears after the information is submitted. Also, an email confirmation is sent. But when I do a search for the subscriber in my list, I don't see it. Is there any kind of delay before a new subscriber is added?
Is this a single opt-in list, or double opt-in? Also, are you sure that you are looking at the right list for that form?
