I designed an email that works great except for one issue. When my client uses Outlook's forwarding option it strips all of the CSS out and looks terrible. When she uses the "Forward to a Friend" option it looks great. Is there anything I can do to prevent this problem form happening?
Hi V, the brokenness that appears when you forward an email in Outlook is exactly why we've introduced the "Forward to a Friend" links. Unfortunately, there's no way we can get around this (except by encouraging recipients to use F2aF), as the loss of formatting is entirely caused by the email client doing unexpected things to perfectly reasonable code. Sorry about this!
