Hi, My support ticket was passed to a developer 24 hours ago. Can you tell me roughly how long it usually takes to hear back? Not being able to give my client some answers is really testing my clients patience. While my clients knows we white label my client isn't the kind to wait for things.
I love CM and their support team, so this isn't meant to be a go at them at all. Just trying to keep my VIP client happy.
