Unable to go through approval process


When I'm trying go through the approval process I get the error: "There was a problem submitting your explanation, please try again later.".

I'm quite in a hurry, how can I make this work as fast as possible?

Hi Boris,

We replied to you on Facebook too and you should have gotten a reply via support as well.

For everyone else, approval submissions should be working now. So sorry about any problems anyone experienced! It looks like the provider of our support system changed their API last night and caused that process to break. We've updated everything on our end so it should all be working without errors now.
