A client is querying the click report. They say they clicked on an email link and it hasn't been picked up by the reporting. I've done a test on a version of the template and it seems to work fine.
Is there anything which can stop links from being tracked

Hi shivvyt, welcome to the forums! Sorry to hear that you've had some trouble with tracking - this is quite a unique situation. Your best bet is to contact our team with campaign and account details, so we can take a look for you. While it is possible to turn off tracking, it's hard to say what may have happened unless we investigate on our end. Thanks in advance :D
