An existing template which I customised including adding an image header was working fine for the last 2 months but now the header image will not work and although it is visible in the actual window whilst updating the template, when I click 'finish and save changes' the header image is not visible and following message appears:
"Your HTML page contains some images (listed below) which we could not import. Please check these before sending your template.
This image link worked fine before and I am now getting v v frustrated.
Hi Carrie, we're really sorry for the troubles you're having here. I see that Greg and JD responded to your email, assisted with creating a template and are investigating why this occurred. If you could kindly respond to JD, we'll ensure we get this header image working for you. Sorry again for all the hassle!
