Looking to Find a Developer for an Invite

I'm looking to find a developer who will help me put together a newsletter for a wedding invite. I want to send out and RSVP and looking to try how many people will be coming. This will either be done with a YES/NO option in an email or via a Form on a landing page.

Hi Bobby, welcome to the forums! Do you have a budget and timeframe in mind, and/or designs, or examples of the kind of invites you like? Let me know and I'll happily do a shout-out on Twitter for you. Have a great weekend!

Hi Bobby
I'd love to help you out, I'm not sure I could do the LP but I'd be more than happy to make your invite with click throughs to the LP!

A few more details would be greatly appreciated,

I don't have a budget in mind, as I'm looking to get quotes as to what it would cost.

As for details, it is really just a Save the Date email to guests who will either say they can't attend or not. I'm not sure if its best to do it as a landing page or part of the email? For example, do I have a YES/NO button in the email, do I have a link where it goes to a landing page for people to fill out a form?

I think a LP would be better read this: http://www.campaignmonitor.com/blog/post/2435/how-forms-perform-in-html-emai/

As for the actual email I'd be more than happy to do it for a nominal fee.
