Problem with my e-mail display BUT the same computer/browser/inbox!

Good morning !

I have a problem with my campaign : ONE email is interpreted in TWO different ways on the same computer, the same browser and the same e-mail inbox system.
So my preview is O.K., but my client doesn't see the same result and there are different problems with the display, the pictures, etc.

How is it possible? How can I fix it?

Hi VG, welcome to the forums! Would it be possible for you to post code and screenshots of what you're seeing, vs. what your client is seeing? It's likely your client may have different inbox settings (ie. images off by default), but it's hard to know without seeing it for ourselves.

One more thing - if you're forwarding the email preview to your client, it will inevitably show up very differently in his/her inbox than yours.
