I fill in the template, run the spam checker and "message labs" fails.
I've isolated the issue to one section of the template and empty that section of all text (I check the 'source' and that is empty too).
As soon as I add ANY text it fails.
I send Newsletters every month. So I copied last month's newsletter. When that was originally sent, it worked.
Now I make a copy and it fails as well, even though it is physically identical.
