I have a few questions surrounding what you can and can't do with the Preference Center, and I was wondering whether anyone out there might be able to shed some light?
Firstly, is it possible to create a web link to a Preference Center? We use Campaign Monitor to handle subscribes from our website to various lists (newsletters, latest info, promotions etc), and I'd like to be able to provide a link on our website near the signup page that lets people amend their details. Is that possible, or is the only way to do it via a link on an email?
Secondly, is there any way to re-order the fields on the Preference Center form? At the moment it seems to just pull them in exactly in the order they were created, and over time as we've added more Custom Fields in these have become a little disjointed. For example, the address fields no longer sit next to one another as requirements changed and more fields were created to gather additional data.

Not at present, I'm sorry to say - it can only be accessed via email. Alternately, you can roll your own preference center using our API.
In the interim, I'll add your vote for this internally and let you know if it's something we introduce in the future. It's something I'd be keen to see, too!
Secondly, is there any way to re-order the fields on the Preference Center form?
Not currently, but we do get quite a few votes for this one. I'll keep you posted, as it sure would be a welcome change :) As you mention, the fields are ordered as they are created.

Just following up here to let you know that it's now possible to re-order custom fields and make certain fields mandatory in your lists and on your Subscriber Preference Center pages!
