I recently realized that my Yahoo troubles are back and it seems the old fixes don't work anymore. So, I took a look at the CSS they inject and wrote a fix.
I test using litmus and wrap any links that need the treatment. Here's the code I used:
<a href="" title="" style="color:#5b5b5b;"> <span style="color:#5b5b5b; border-bottom-width: 0; border-bottom-style:none; border-bottom-color: transparent;">Foobar</span> </a>
There is also the fix outlined below, but when you have different colored links, the fix below will change them all to one color.
