Some of the recipients of my campaigns didn't receive the campaign mails, but they do receive an email if I send it form my mail app (Mac Os Mail). Is there a way I can send that user the link to the online version of his email, so I can track his activity?
Hi gb3k, you can provide your recipients with the campaign share link, but activity here isn't trackable, I'm sorry to say. It's unusual that some of your emails haven't made it to their intended recipients, so could you kindly contact our team with details, including a sample email address that was sent a campaign, but didn't receive it? We're more than happy to investigate what happened on our end. Many thanks!
Hi roshodgekiss, thanks for your reply. I have quite a lot of them, they are people that receive my emails if I send them from mi mail app (MacOs Lion Mail), but they didn't receive it when my newsletter is sent.
Hi gb3k, we look at these reports on a case-by-case basis, so if you can provide an email address or two to our support team, we can take a look at the mail logs and see what's going on here. You may also want to check if these emails are ending up in their junk mail, as this can happen from time to time. I hope we can get to the bottom of this for you! :D
Sorry to resurrect this thread, but I have a similar request.
Some of our recipients would like a resend of their past email sent by CampaignMonitor, so instead of re-sending the email (which is heavily personalised e.g. a Certificate of Attendance) is it possible to export a spreadsheet of [webversion] links and the email address of the recipients so that I can simply email the webversion link to the customer by email and they can view it from their browser.
This would save us a lot of time and effort when having to resend a campaign to individuals. Appreciate any help on this.
