Am I able to change recipients that have bounced or that have been deleted back to the active list, or re-upload them as fresh subscribers? We recently experienced all of our internal addresses bounced and when I tried to re-upload them all, they always remain as "deleted".
HI wilcostores, welcome to the forums! Yes, you can set these bounced/deleted addresses as active, if you remove them from your account's suppression list first. Once this is done, you should be able to go into the 'Deleted' tab and set the addresses as 'Active' from there. Best of luck!
