Do out of offices count as an open?

I was asked this the other day.... Do they?

Hi kas2, out-of-offices don't immediately count as opens. If the recipient opens the email after the out-of-office has been sent (or the email client downloads images therein), then an open will appear in reports. Out-of-offices do however count as a delivered email (ie. not a bounce). Let us know if you have any questions about this.
