Campaign Monitor vs. MailBuild

Hi there,

This may seem like a simple question, but I just want to be sure of what we're doing. We are a web design company and we'd like to offer our clients an 'easy-to-use' e-newsletter solution. (I guess that's obvious since we're posting on this forum. lol)

I've browsed you site (both CM and MB) and I'm not positive what solution is best for us. Can you please let me know the pros/cons of either system? What are each of them primarily for? More specifically, what are each of them 'good at'?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

(Great software by the way!)

Hi Derek,

For the super quick overview see

Basically, Campaign Monitor is for clients when you run everything for them, so you can design the entire campaign by hand. MailBuild is when you design templates, and your client logs in and adds content, and managed the campaigns themselves.

Some people have accounts in both products and put their clients into whichever product suits their specific needs.
