I've finally freed up some time to start exploring my Agency Account so that I can start setting up accounts for clients. While exploring I found that I cannot add new users or manage users as the 'Add another person' button is totally absent from my dashboard.
I see you have added some great new team management features and am wondering if my dashboard has missed some sort of upgrade or maybe being new to your system I am missing something?

Our new team management feature is available in all accounts, so you should be able to add as many people as you like, either as administrators or as people within a client. Are you still having problems with this? If so, get in touch and we can look at your account.

Just to follow up in case others have this issue, it isn't possible to add new people unless you verify your account. After account signup, you should receive an email asking you to verify your email address - once this is done, you're good to go.
