I have been using the fantastic RSS email tool for a few months now to send on a daily basis. It has been working without a hitch...until today when two posts were skipped. I confirmed that the posts appear in the straight rss feed, but for some reason they didn't make it to the email. The email should have contained four posts, but only displayed two.
Any clues as to why they are missing?
Hi there Jeff, that's really unusual! This doesn't happen very often at all, but there is the possibility that a change in timezone in your CMS may have excluded the posts from the last 24 hours' batch. It's hard to say for certain without taking a look at your blog and Campaign Monitor account, so could you kindly contact our team with details? By all means we'll take a look and help get to the bottom of this for you.
